Shipping

I ship worldwide! All orders are shipped via Canada Post standard shipping with tracking.

Packages will ship within 3 business days of purchase. You will get an email and tracking number once your package is on its way.

$15 flat rate
2-8 business days

United States

$15 flat rate
5-10 business days

International

$35 flat rate
2-4 weeks (varies depending on location)

If you need a package by a certain date, send me a message and I may be able to upgrade your shipping for an additional cost.

For orders outside of Canada, any duties or taxes are responsibility of the customer.

I cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you suspect a package is lost, please contact your local post office directly. If this happens, please let me know and I'll see how I'm able to help!

Local Pick-Up

This is an option for anyone who is local (Huntsville, ON) who would like to pick up their item instead of having it shipped. You can select this option at checkout. Please message or email me to arrange a pick-up date and time.

Returns

As a small maker, I’m not able to accept returns at this time. Please read through item descriptions and measurements carefully, and be sure to ask any questions before purchasing.

All orders are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

I offer either Paypal or Stripe as payment options at checkout. You don't need a Paypal or Stripe account to checkout.

Custom Orders

See something you like that's no longer available? Have something special in mind as a gift? I'm happy to chat with you about a custom order!

Custom orders can take 2-4 weeks, so get in touch early if you're looking for a gift by a certain date.
