Shipping

I ship worldwide! All orders are shipped via Canada Post or ChitChats with tracking.

I am shipping to the USA! Packages are sent via ChitChats and then get handed over to USPS once the package crosses the border in the USA. 

Packages will ship within 3 business days of purchase. You will get an email and tracking number once your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times:

Within Canada

  • $15 flat rate
  • 2-8 business days

United States

  • $15 flat rate
  • 5-10 business days

International

  • $35 flat rate
  • 2-4 weeks (varies depending on location)

*These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Sometimes packages can get held up at customs, so please account for extra time if needed.

If you need a package by a certain date, send me a message and I may be able to upgrade your shipping for an additional cost.

Duties/Taxes

Canadian orders will not be charged any tax at checkout. 

For USA orders, all of my items are CUSMA compliant. This means you will NOT have to pay any additional duties/tarrifs on your purchase! :)

For orders outside of Canada/USA, any duties or taxes are responsibility of the customer.

Local Pick-Up

This is an option for anyone who is local (Huntsville, ON) who would like to pick up their item instead of having it shipped. You can select this option at checkout. Please message or email me to arrange a pick-up date and time.

Returns

As a small maker, I’m not able to accept returns at this time. Please read through item descriptions and measurements carefully, and be sure to ask any questions before purchasing.

Payment

All orders are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). 

I offer either Paypal or Stripe as payment options at checkout. You don't need a Paypal or Stripe account to checkout.

Custom Orders

See something you like that's no longer available? Have something special in mind as a gift? I'm happy to chat with you about a custom order!

Custom orders can take 2-4 weeks, so get in touch early if you're looking for a gift by a certain date.
